All the individual/s who purchase/book a service with LezMedia is/are referred to as “Customer/s” and therefore is/are bound to the following terms & conditions;

Booking Confirmation:

All the booking must be done online at our booking system, no email or WhatsApp bookings will be accepted.
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and dates cannot be held without both the deposit (for videography) and confirmation.
Customer booking is deemed confirmed and relevant once the Invoice has been issued
All the bookings must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.

Session Availability:

All sessions are subject to availability. Early booking is encouraged, especially for weekends, weddings, and special events, as these dates tend to fill quickly.

We do not accept bookings on Sundays and public holiday.
Customers can only submit online bookings during a certain submission hours but the services can be rendered outside business hours.
Business hours are:

Monday-Friday 07h00-19h00 | Saturdays 06h00-21h00 | Closed on Public Holidays & Sundays for booking

Communication & Confirmation:

All the bookings communications are sent to the customer via email registered on the system.
An SMS will be sent to customer once registered
Invoice of the booking will be sent to the customer email address within 3 hours of booking
First emails may be filtered to the “Spam” folder, customers are advsed to check for this.

Rescheduling:

Customers may cancel booked service/s with no additional fees, cancellations can be made by sending an email notice to bookings@lezmedia.co.za
In case where the service booking is cancelled after being paid for and the service delivery was not initiated, a full refund will be done.

Another service may be booked by submitting another booking online.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit in case of videography service and may require full payment of the session fee before rebooking.

Session Duration:

Each photography session includes a set amount of time which is 1 hour interval, as specified in your chosen package. Extensions may be possible but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Special Requests:

Custom session requests, travel to multiple locations, or specific props/setups should be discussed and confirmed in advance to ensure proper preparation and scheduling.
